Wexner Summits: Adaptive Leadership in Action
Wendy Rosov was privileged to participate in the recent Wexner Foundation Summit on Gender Safety and Equity. Part of the Foundation’s “Wexner Summits: The Network in Action” series, the Summit addressed the systemic issues that contribute to discrimination, harassment, and unequal opportunity in Israeli and North American Jewish communal workplaces based on gender. These Summits bring together alumni of all Wexner leadership initiatives to connect, learn, and collaborate. In this way, Wexner Alumni are exercising leadership by strategizing and stacking hands to take action that moves the needle on the key challenges facing the North American Jewish Community and the State of Israel.
