Welcoming Dr. Meredith Woocher to Rosov Consulting

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Meredith Woocher to the Rosov Consulting team as a Senior Project Associate starting today, March 1. Meredith has been a long-time and trusted colleague who we’ve held in high regard. She brings a wealth of knowledge about nearly every sphere of Jewish education and engagement across the lifespan, which will add yet another layer of depth and breadth to our work. She is based in Rockville, Md.

Dr. Meredith Woocher

Meredith Woocher has nearly 20 years of experience conducting evaluation, research, and planning projects for a wide range of Jewish communal and educational institutions, including foundations, Federations, Central Agencies for Jewish Education, synagogues, JCCs, Hillels, and academic institutes.

Her work with these organizations has encompassed program evaluation, strategic planning, evaluation coaching and training, workshop facilitation, and developing research studies and “white papers” on critical topics in contemporary Jewish education and communal life. Dr. Woocher has published reports and articles on such topics as adult Jewish learning, adolescent development and Jewish teens, the role of evaluation in Jewish education, and mapping the Jewish education landscape.

Prior to joining Rosov Consulting, Dr. Woocher served as an independent consultant, and previously as Director of Research and Evaluation for first The Covenant Foundation and then the Partnership for Jewish Life and Learning (the Central Agency for Jewish education in Washington, D.C.).

Dr. Woocher holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and Judaic Studies from Brandeis University, and a B.A. in American Studies from Yale University. She is an alumna of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship.
