May 19, 2026 | Jobs, News

We’re thrilled to announce that Daniel Parmer will be joining Rosov Consulting as Associate Director, effective June 1.

Daniel brings nearly two decades of experience in research, evaluation, and strategic learning within the Jewish nonprofit sector. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations use research and data not simply to measure outcomes, but to better understand their communities, strengthen programs, and make informed strategic decisions. His work sits at the intersection of research, strategy, and storytelling, translating complex data into actionable insights that support organizational growth and impact.

Prior to joining Rosov Consulting, Daniel served as Senior Director of Research & Evaluation at Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) of Greater Boston, a close and valued partner to our team. In that role, he led the organization’s long-term research agenda and evaluation portfolio, helping shape communal planning and philanthropic strategy across Greater Boston’s Jewish community. Among his many accomplishments, Daniel directed the design and implementation of the 2025 Greater Boston Jewish Community Study, one of the community’s most significant research initiatives. He also led evaluations of major communal efforts focused on Israel engagement, economic vulnerability, mental health, teen engagement, and communal security. In addition, he partnered closely with organizational leadership and grantmaking teams to develop measurable outcomes and learning frameworks that informed strategic planning and investment decisions.

Daniel brings deep expertise in mixed-methods research, survey methodology, demographic studies, program evaluation, and applied research design. His experience spans both qualitative and quantitative research, including community studies, implementation and outcomes evaluation, needs assessments, and innovative approaches to data visualization and learning.

In addition to his applied research work, Daniel has contributed to the next generation of Jewish communal professionals through his teaching at the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program at Brandeis University, where he has taught graduate-level courses in program evaluation and statistics.

Daniel holds a PhD in Social Policy and Management from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. He also earned dual master’s degrees in Jewish Professional Leadership from the Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program and in Jewish Studies at Brandeis University.

We are excited for the insight, thought partnership, and leadership Daniel will bring to Rosov Consulting and to the organizations and communities we serve. His experience and perspective will strengthen our ability to help clients turn research and evaluation into meaningful learning, strategy, and action.

Please join us in warmly welcoming Daniel to the Rosov Consulting team!
