A Community of Practice for Directors of Jewish Educator Training Programs
Rosov Consulting is pleased to serve as the cross-portfolio evaluator for the Jim Joseph Foundation’s Educator Professional Development Initiative, which encompasses ten educator training programs. Rosov Consulting also serves as the facilitator for the professional learning community (PLC) comprised of the directors of these programs. They convened recently to share learnings about the design, development, and implementation of cohort-based professional development and to begin the complex work of seeking to identify shared outcomes that might be expected of any outstanding professional development program. While the Initiative will enter its third and final year in January 2020, Rosov Consulting will continue to track program outcomes and the career moves of participants in the 10 programs for an additional year following their professional development experience.
