Welcoming Talya Sandel Hecht Back to Rosov Consulting

We are delighted to welcome Talya Sandel Hecht back to Rosov Consulting as our new Research Operations Assistant.

Talya first joined RC as a Project Assistant in 2021, contributing to projects with American and Israeli organizations, including the Covenant Foundation and Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools. She returns to RC after completing her degree at Hebrew University, bringing additional research tools and project management experience to her new role.

Based in Jerusalem, Talya will work with our Projects team to support research operations across our portfolio. Her longstanding involvement in the Jewish community and interest in organizations working to create meaningful change will enrich both her role and our broader work.

Talya is a proud alumna of Jewish day school, camp, and youth groups. She also served as an NCSY regional board member and completed two years of service in the Israeli army, where she worked with technology and managed a variety of projects and teams.
